Our very own nitro BBQ sauce, cheddar, thick-cut bacon, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.

The mother of all Chicago dogs. A footlong served with yellow onions, yellow mustard, sweet relish, tomato wedges, pepperoncinis, celery salt, a hint of poppy seeds and a pickle spear.
PILSNER CHICKEN AVOCADO CLUB
Our double-layered sandwich with thick-cut bacon, oven-roasted chicken, lettuce, tomato, garlic aioli and avocado.
BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP
Oven-roasted Pilsner chicken tossed in Buffalo sauce. Served on a jalapeño cheese flour tortilla with mozzarella cheese, diced tomatoes, lettuce and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
CHICKEN PORTOBELLO SANDWICH
Very cheesy oven-roasted chicken with marinated portobello mushrooms, sautéed onions and garlic aioli on a toasted brioche roll.
BEER BRAT HOAGIE
Quarter-pound oven-roasted beer brat covered in grilled onions and peppers. Served with beer ale mustard.

GROWLER MAC ‘N CHEESE
Rotini pasta covered in our four-cheese sauce. Add beer brat, beef short rib or oven-roasted chicken.
Mixed greens tossed with tomatoes, cheddar cheese, carrots, croutons, red peppers and avocado with your choice of ranch, blue cheese or balsamic dressing. Add Pilsner chicken.
Baby spinach with yellow and red peppers, tomatoes and chopped candied pecans tossed in our housemade bacon cider dressing. Add beef brisket.
